    摘要:

    摘 要:在种子萌发过程中,酶活性的变化是最为明显的现象之一,用3, 52二硝基水扬酸法、碱式滴定 法、离体法、愈创木酚法分别测定了陵优1号、中优9801和宜香93033种杂交稻种子萌发过程中淀粉酶、脂 肪酶、硝酸还原酶和过氧化物酶活性的变化,结果表明:杂交稻种子萌发率与淀粉酶和过氧化物酶的活性变 化呈极显著相关。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: In the p rocess of seeds germination, enzyme activity was one of the most significant phenomenon. this article determined the changes of amylase, lipase, nitrate reductase and peroxidase activity during the p rocess of the three hybrid seeds germination of Lingyou 1, Zhongyou 9801, Yixiang 9303 by 3, 52dinitrosalicylic acid method, basic titration, vitro method and guaiacolmethod. The results showed that there are a significant correla2 tion between germination rate of hybrid seed and activity ofα2amylase and peroxidase
