Abstract: Currently, the room allocation of China’s hotel management is at initial period based on experience. EMSR Model is used in seat op timization of aviation industry and good economicmanagement suiting EMSRModel as relative stable p roduction volume, non - storage of p roducts, allocation ofmarket, changeable market demand, cost structure with characteristics. By learning its app lica2 tion in aviation industry, EMSR Model was exp lored in hotel room op timization and allocation in order to p rovide reference for hotel room allocation decision.
