阐述了自然生态环境中人与自然的关系,人类活动对自然的影响,以及可持续发展战略;指出学术生态环境可以从以下几方面认识:分层、分类,存在的问题,大学精神及发展战略。总结出宽松、自由的学术环境是探求真理发展科学的先决条件,坚持学术自由是现代大学发展的基本准则。
