摘要:

针对高校大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,提出:进一步明确现代高校心理健康教育的对象与目标;整合教育资源,将心理健康教育贯穿到学校各项工作之中;加强管理与培训,建立心理健康教育的长效机制;科学认识朋辈心理互助的优势与不足,提高心理健康教育的工作实效;利用现代技术建立网上心理平台,丰富心理咨询手段等对策。
