摘要:

我国在开发利用老年人力资源方面,由于缺少政策鼓励、社会服务和家庭支持,老年人就业中没有劳动合同保障、最低工资保证和劳动福利保护,直接影响了老年人力资源的开发利用。要尽快制定老年人力资源开发的政策法规,呼吁社会重视对老年人力资源的开发利用,适时推行灵活退休制度,把老年人才开发纳入人才资源开发的整体战略之中。
