单纯的逻辑学和有题材特征的方法论逻辑,是信念研究的两种不同形式抽象,后者对信念形式的研究要兼顾题材的特性。法律逻辑属于后一种方法论逻辑,它的理论结构是3种方法论(法律推理、案情论证、修辞论证)与两种信念(恰当性、合情性)的对应。
