论证了农村土地承包经营权应该允许继承的观点,检讨了耕地和草地的承包经营权不能继承的观点。在此基础上,进一步分析了现行农村土地承包经营权继承制度的缺陷,同时,对农村土地承包经营权继承制度的完善之问题提出了一些建议。
