村落文化作为社会文化背景和基础性资源,对当前农村民主政治建设动态的发生着正负双重效应。批判继承传统文化,建构新型村落文化,使之与农村民主制度有机耦合、良性互动、均衡发展,对推进农村民主政治建设的可持续发展具有重要现实意义。
