摘要:

企业所有的人力资源管理活动,都是为了以尽可能低的成本满足企业对人力资源服务的需求(包括经营性需求和服务性需求),因而应当是需求导向型或战略导向型的。企业人力资源供给可以是所有性的,也可以是功能性的,还可以是二者相结合的。企业人力资源管理就是对供求的管理。企业人力资源管理模式,则是人力资源需求模式和供给模式的某种组合。

Abstract:

All the enterprises' activities in human resource management are aimed to use lowest cost possible to satisfy the demand for human resource services including operational demand and service demand, thus they are of demand-oriented or strategy-oriented one
