摘要:

高校篮球运动队特招生绝大部分运动员脚步动作技术较薄弱，分析了其产生的原因，并提出中学及高校必须重视和加强运动员脚步动作的训练，即：强化跳步急停接球突破；强化运球中交叉步抄球变向突破投篮；强化运球体前变向突破；强化跨跳步滑动的防守技术。
