天价医疗费已成为众矢之的,然而,天价医疗费的深层次原因是政府公共服务政策定位不当,政策偏颇。医疗卫生这个公共服务产品关系到对生命的关注,关系到整个社会的稳定,必须直面它的问题并解决它。
