网络文化正在以全新的方式改变着传统文化建设与文化发展的形态,并日益成为影响中国传统社会文化发展战略创新与实现的重要形式。网络文化形成的文化产业经济构成了现代社会经济中的一支方兴未艾的新经济力量,并将迅速成为具有高成长性,能够创造高附加值的新型产业,最终将对国家现代社会经济的发展发挥战略性的影响作用。
