分析了财务公司的角色定位。根据财务公司的角色定位,提出财务公司的16字经营方针:依托集团,服务产业。规范治理,稳健经营。财务公司必须处理好以下3个关系:正确处理与企业集团其他成员单位的关系,正确处理与企业集团财务部门的关系。正确处理与企业集团文化的关系。财务公司实施资金集中管理,是企业集团谋求进一步发展的客观需要和必然选择。
