摘要:

市场经济是高度发达的商品经济,遵循着商品经济的基本规律。在市场经济中,管理是政府的重要职能。政府管理职能的实现,是社会各项事业正常运行的基础。经济诚信是市场经济的道德基础,也是经济活动中最基本的原则。因而,构建和我国市场经济相适应的政府经济诚信文化机制就显得尤为重要。
