结合高校图书馆在读者管理中存在的问题,阐述了在读者管理中引入对话教育,消除高校图书馆在读者管理中存在的不和谐因素,营造和谐图书馆氛围的解决办法,并提出了在读者管理中实施对话教育的具体措施。
