分析反垄断法的目的与促进和保护竞争有密切的关系。竞争的功能表现在促进经济效率的提高、科学技术的进步、消费者福利的提高和经济民主程度的提高,因此,反垄断法的一般目的也应反映为经济目的、社会目的和政治目的,而提高经济效率和提高消费者福利已经日益成为反垄断法的主要目的。
