在全球化浪潮下,跨国公司不能再以殖民者的姿态为自身谋利;而东道国也不能狭隘地以保护民族产业、维护国家经济安全为由抵制跨国公司的进入。跨国公司与东道国的竞合关系,在无形资产收益上表现得愈益突出。无形资产使东道国和跨国公司双赢,持久得益。
