    分析"以人为本"教育理念的特殊内涵,阐述在大学生思想政治教育中全面推进素质教育,树立"以人为本"理念的必要性,探讨如何从制度和机制层面确保"以人为本"教育理念的贯彻实施,建立新的工作思路,探索新的途径和方法,不断增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性、时效性、吸引力和感染力。
