论述了毛泽东"民本思想"是受儒家民本主义政治思想和十月革命的影响于20世纪20年代初步形成的,正是因为毛泽东的"民本思想"在井冈山革命根据地的实践,充分调动了士兵、农民的积极性,才使井冈山革命根据地的创建、发展成为可能。
