图书市场竞争的激烈,使图书馆对图书采购有了更多的选择。招标采购是采购的政府行为,也是大势所趋,虽然招标下有一定的公开、公平、公正和透明性,但要提高图书采购的质量,仍需从正确选择书商、签订完善的协议等9个方面进行努力。
