摘要:

隐性知识作为知识的一种重要类型,它的价值在过去往往被人们所忽视。内隐学习和显性知识内隐化是运动员、教练员等个体隐性知识生成的依据;竞技项目中隐性知识具有其自身特点,其隐形知识的显现不仅使运动员、教练员或管理人员隐性知识的交流与分享成为可能,而且也对竞技体育的发展与创新具有重要作用。
