危险货物的生产量和运输量都在不断增长,在危险货物运输过程中,往往不止一种运输方式,可能同时有多种运输方式交叉,即可能有转运;给出了危险货物运输过程中,在有转运条件下的风险度量模型、成本模型及路径选择模型;给出了一个应用算例。
