数字图书馆是图书馆的发展趋势,大力发展、建设数字图书馆是高校的必然选择,建设高校数字图书馆必须在思想观念上达成共识,多渠道筹措资金,在人才、技术有保障的前提下,建设有特色的数字图书馆。

Digital library is the trend of library development.Construction of digital libraries in higher learning must understand the importance,raise funds from multiple channels,construct digital libraries with characttristics by talents.
