简要概述了城市消防预警系统的功能与作用;从理论上设计了预警系统的体系结构并介绍了涉及的关键技术;分析了该预警系统的业务模型和预警指标体系;并就预警系统内部模块的结构、功能与系统运行流程作了说明。
