结合近几年来的实际工作，从明确学科建设指导思想，确定专业特色和培养目标；大力优化课程体系，推进课堂教学改革；注重实践教学环节，培养学生独立工作能力和动手能力3个方面，对如何进行食品科学与工程专业教学改革进行了探讨。
