介绍了人类基因组计划的实施及我国在人类基因组计划中的作用;指出了我国生物信息学研究的现状及存在的问题,并从国际合作、人才培养、政策支持、产权保护、学术团体等方面着重阐述了我国生物信息学研究的发展策略。
