通过对文献的理论研究、有关专家学者以及北京市大学生的访谈和问卷调查,说明体育知识培训是奥运会志愿者培训内容的一个重要部分。在以北京市大学生作为奥运会志愿者主体分析和论证的基础上,对奥运会志愿者的体育知识培训进行了培训需求的探讨和研究。
