摘要:

提出了利用相差显微镜对粉末材料显微结构进行摄影的方法。主要对粉末材料显微摄影的技术设计、关键因素进行了分析。结果表明：在不使用相差显微镜自身光源的情况下。利用附加光源的作用，可以得到粉末材料显微结构的清晰图像。
