摘要:

研究了基本彩票类型的管理模型，建立了一个双目标函数优化模型，并利用中奖率、剩余奖金金额、彩票的吸引力和方案的效用函数等指标评价了方案的合理性，最后运用MATLAB编程求解选出了彩票运作的最优方案。
