    绿色化学是一门从源头上防止污染，能最大限度地从资源合理利用，环境保护及生态平衡等方面满足人类可持续发展的综合学科，是实现可持续发展的主流。论述了化学及化学工业在推进可持续发展战略中举足轻重的地位和作用，阐明了绿色化学的目标和任务。
