摘要:

针对植物纤维制品所具有的环境及资源优势，在对其两类制品——餐具和缓冲包装衬垫的性能进行分析对比的基础上，重点探讨了植物纤维餐具在生产过程中应解决的卫生性能、防水防油防潮性能、强度及脆性、外观及颜色等主要工艺技术问题；并对两类制品的原材料选择及预处理、发泡工艺、防潮剂选择、热压成形4项关键工艺技术进行了探讨。
