研究了一类具有Ivlev型功能反应的两种群食饵-捕食者系统的极限环的存在性和唯一性．应用微分方程的稳定性理论对该系统的正奇点进行分析，得到了该系统存在极限环的一个充分条件及该系统存在唯一极限环的一个充分条件．
