通过实物期权定价理论，研究了专利权价值，并用实物期权定价公式给出了专利权的价值评估公式。

In this paper ,we evaluated the value of patents right by using the real option theory, and obtained the analytic valuation formula of the patents right through the valuation formula of real options.
