数字图书馆的发展是不可阻挡的历史潮流，其建设是一个社会系统工程，指出了数字图书馆建设的可持续发展策略和相关社会群体的协作策略，讨论了协作规范的主要范畴，概述了数字图书馆建设的协作网络体系结构，指出了人才培养战略思想。
