描述了ADSL调制解调器的工作原理及电路构成，并提出了利用FPGA来实现ADSL调制解调器的具体方案，用这种方案实现的调制解调器可降低ADSL宽带接入的设备投资，利于ADSL的普及。

Abstract:

The paper describes ADSL modems work principle and their electrocircuit constitutes and brings a solution which utilizes FPGA to implement ADSL modems. These modems can reduce investment of ADSL Broadband Access Equipment and bring ADSL to popularize.
