着重介绍了新型食品(基因食品),有机食品及功能性食品的应用和研究现状.随着经济的发展,利用分子生物学技术及许多食品加工新技术,研究、开发、生产出无污染、更丰富、更有利健康、更富有营养的食品,必将成为食品工业新的经济增长点.
