摘要:

针对“安全系数”这种常规的静强度设计方法的局限性 ,在分析和讨论静强度设计中应力和强度关系的基础上 ,通过已形成的应力—强度干涉理论 ,提出了可靠性设计在静强度设计中的应用 ;并举例比较 ,印证了可靠性设计的科学性和先进性。
