对功能食品和微量元素的作用进行了简述 ,提出了生物富微的概念 ,阐述了开发生物富微功能食品的重要意义。

Abstract:

Functional foods and effect of trace element are described simply.The conception of biology-rich-trace-element is presented. The significance of biology-rich-trace-element functional food is discussed briefly.
