着重研究了当系统在奇异函数激励下，如何根据微分方程式去确定跳变值，从而进一步求出系统的响应

Abstract:

When system is under the action of singular function,how to determine outburst value based on differentiate equation is mainly studied.Thereby,the response of the system is further obtained.
