摘要:

本文就P~ N结整流二极管的理论极限结温进行了讨论。指出P~ N结消失的理论极限结温为P~ 的本征温度。

Abstract:

In this paper, the writer discusses limiting junction operating temperature of P~ N junction rectifying diode and introduces that limiting temperature upto which P~ N junction dies away is intrinsic temperature of P~ area.
