本文根据包装机产品更新快、品种多、批量小的特点,论证了成组技术(GT)是提高包装机生产效益的一项战略措施,探讨了包装机企业实施GT的步骤,分类成组方法,分类编码系统,GT单元设计以及计算机辅助GT的若干问题。
