针对大规模多属性群体决策问题在不平衡犹豫模糊语言环境下难以确定决策者偏好权重的问 题,提出了同一模糊集群中,单个决策者偏好权重的计算方法。 首先,在不平衡犹豫模糊语言环境下,引入同一集群内单个决策者偏好权重这一概念;之后,在 FCM 算法基础上,利用算法产生的聚类中心和决策者与所 属集群的隶属度,定义了新的偏好权重计算公式以及集群的决策矩阵计算公式,由此得到一种新的大规模群 体决策方法;最后,通过实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性。 |

Aiming at the problem of large-scale multi-attribute group decision making, it is difficult to determine the preference weights of decision makers under the unbalanced hesitant fuzzy language environment. A method for calculating the preference weights of individual decision makers in the same fuzzy cluster is proposed. First, under the unbalanced hesitant fuzzy language environment, the concept of the preference weight of a single decision maker in the same cluster is introduced. Then, on the basis of the FCM algorithm, the cluster center generated by the algorithm and the membership of the decision maker and the cluster are used. It defines a new preference weight calculation formula and a cluster’s decision matrix calculation formula, thereby obtaining a new large-scale group decision-making method. Finally, an example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. |
