面向再服役性能的离心泵叶轮可再制造性评价方法

摘要:
针对废旧离心泵叶轮失效状态具有不确定性,可再制造性评价还主要侧重于再制造过程与定性评价的问题,提出一种面向再服役性能的离心泵叶轮可再制造性评价方法;该方法综合了离心泵叶轮再制造到再服役的整个过程,从技术可行性、经济可行性(考虑再制造成本及再制造周期)、再制造离心泵叶轮的再服役性能预估3个方面建立了相应的评价指标体系,并进行定性或定量分析;通过某种型号废旧叶轮再制造加工过程对可再制造性评价方法进行验证分析;所提出的可再制造性评价方法具有较好的实用性,有利于保障再制造叶轮的服役安全,为废旧叶轮再制造的实施提供了一个辅助决策的工具。

Abstract:
Because the problem of the failure state of used centrifugal pump impellers is uncertain, and the remanufacturability evaluation also focuses on the remanufacturing process and qualitative evaluation, a remanufacturability evaluation method of centrifugal pump impellers for re-service performance is proposed. This method integrates the whole process of centrifugal pump impeller remanufacturing to re-service, establishes the corresponding evaluation index system from three aspects of technical feasibility, economic feasibility(considering remanufacturing cost and remanufacturing cycle), and re-service performance of remanufactured centrifugal pump impellers, and conducts qualitative or quantitative analysis. The remanufacturability evaluation method was verified and analyzed through the remanufacturing process of a certain type of impeller. The remanufacturability evaluation method has good practicability, is conducive to ensuring the service safety of remanufactured impellers, and provides a decision-making tool for the implementation of waste impeller remanufacturing.
