基于均匀设计法的高比转速离心风机研究

摘要:
离心风机作为广泛使用的通用机械,是各大型企业生产环节中的主要耗能设备之一,因此每1%的效率提升,都对节能减排具有极大的意义;针对目前大型企业中存在大量离心风机运行时性能曲线向大流量、高比转速方向偏移而导致运行效率降低的情况,提出基于均匀试验设计法的适合于高比转速工况的高效离心叶轮的研究;以比转速为79的常用离心系列风机为基础,通过均匀试验设计耦合叶轮结构参数并进行数值模拟,得到的新离心叶轮模型在比转速为100的高比转速工况下静压效率提升至59.8%,在比转速为120工况区域静压效率提升至44.09%,平均静压提升4%~5%,表明这种设计方法是行之有效并且简单易于实施的设计方法。

Abstract:
Centrifugal fans, as widely used in general machinery, are one of the major energy consuming equipment in the production links of large enterprises,therefore, every 1% efficiency improvement has great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction.In view of the large number of centrifugal fans in the current large scale operation, the performance curve is shifted to the direction of large flow rate and high specific speed, which leads to the reduction of operating efficiency.Based on the uniform test design method, a high efficiency centrifugal impeller suitable for high specific speed conditions is studied.Based on a common centrifugal fan with a specific speed of 79, the structural parameters of the coupled impellers are designed and numerically simulated through a uniform test.The new centrifugal impeller model is improved to a static pressure efficiency of 59.8% at a high specific speed with a specific speed of 100.The static pressure efficiency is increased to 44.09%, and the average static pressure is increased by 4 to 5% in the area where the specific speed is 120.It shows that this design method is effective and simple and easy to implement.
