    摘要:

    针对备选方案的属性值为区间梯形直觉模糊数(IVITFN)且方案属性指标和决策者权重未知的多属性群决策(MAGDM)问题,提出了一种基于熵权的区间梯形直觉模糊数型多准则妥协解排序(VIKOR)方法。首先,将决策者的评价信息转化为IVITFN决策矩阵,并对其进行规范化处理;其次,利用区间梯形直觉模糊Bonferroni平均(IVITFBM)算子将多个决策者的决策矩阵集结为一个综合决策矩阵;然后,利用熵权法求出综合决策矩阵中各属性指标的权重,并基于VIKOR方法对备选方案进行排序以及决策分析;最后,通过实例和比较分析验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the multiattribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with intervalvalued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (IVITFN) and unknown weights of attributes and decision makers, a VIKOR method of multiattribute group decision making based on intervalvalued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and the entropy measure is proposed. Firstly, the decision maker’s evaluation information is transformed into IVITFN decision matrixes, and then the IVITFNs in the decision matrixes are normalized; Secondly, the decision matrixes of multiple decision makers are aggregated into a comprehensive decision matrix by using the intervalvalued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy Bonferroni mean (IVITFBM) operator; then the weights of each attribute in the comprehensive decision matrix are calculated by using entropy method, and the ranking is given and the decision is made based on VIKOR method. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by the case study and comparative analysis.
