| 针对决策过程中环境的不确定性以及人类知识的有限性，提出了能够描述决策信息的不确定性、准确反映决策者偏好的犹豫模糊语言;首先从犹豫模糊语言的相关概念、运算规则、比较规则、距离测度、算子以及基于犹豫模糊语言的多准则决策方法等方面对近年来的犹豫模糊语言相关文献进行综述，然后将基于犹豫模糊语言的多准则决策方法应用到现实生活中，并给出了犹豫模糊语言的相关应用领域，以此说明对犹豫模糊语言的研究不仅具有理论意义，而且具有现实意义，最后对犹豫模糊语言的未来作出展望，指出在大数据、云计算时代，犹豫模糊语言需要与新领域相结合。 |

| Abstract: |
| In view of environmental uncertainty in the process of decision making and the limitation of human knowledge, the scholars propose hesitant fuzzy language which can describe the uncertainty of decision-making information and accurately reflect the hesitant fuzzy language with the preference of decision makers. Firstly, the related literatures of the studies on hesitant fuzzy language in recent years in the perspective of the related concepts, operation rules, comparison rules, distance measurement, operator, multi-criteria decision-making method and so on based on fuzzy language are reviewed, then multi-criteria decision-making method based on hesitant fuzzy language is applied to real life, and the relevant application fields of the hesitant fuzzy language are given, which indicate that the research on hesitant fuzzy language not only has theoretical significance but also has real significance. Finally, the future of hesitant fuzzy language is prospected and it is pointed out that hesitant fuzzy language needs to combine new fields at the era of big data and cloud computation. |
