      以问卷、SPSS等作为调查研究工具,分析了合肥市居民在选用低碳交通工具——共享单车上的使用目的和意愿,运用多元统计学,结合社会人口学特征相关数据,深入研究了其对居民选用共享单车作为低碳出行工具上的使用意图;结果表明:合肥市居民对共享单车作为低碳出行工具的使用意愿较高,并对共享单车的可行性与未来发展持乐观态度,但是他们在共享单车投放数量、城市公共绿道和存在安全隐患方面也表现出担忧;同时,绝大部分居民对共享单车作为低碳出行工具的使用意愿及目的一致度较高;社会人口学特征的多因子交互作用共同影响着居民低碳出行使用共享单车的最终意图;最后,共享单车作为低碳交通的重要补充,在国家低碳城市建设中,应重点关注“公共绿道/慢道系统”在国家低碳城市建设中的开发与规划;“监管与规范”构建良好的使用环境;将居民对共享单车的使用频次、公里数等,纳入碳补偿机制体系,有效提升居民低碳出行的积极性。
英文摘要:
      By taking questionnaire and SPSS software as survey and research tool, this paper analyzes the purpose and willingness of Hefei residents to choose sharing bicycles as low carbon travel , by using the related data of multi-statistics and social demographic characteristics, this paper deeply studies the willingness of the residents to choose sharing bicycles as low carbon travel. The results show that the use willingness of the residents to choose sharing bicycles as low carbon travel is higher, that the residents are optimistic for the feasibility and future development of the sharing bicycles, however, they also express their worry about the quantity of the bicycles, urban public green ways and hidden troubles in safety, meanwhile, most residents are highly consistent with the purpose and willingness for the sharing bicycles as low carbon travel and that the interaction of multiple factors of social demographic characteristics affects the final willingness of the residents to choose the sharing bicycles as low carbon travel. In the end, sharing bicycles as low carbon travel tool are important supplementary to low carbon transportation.In China’s low carbon construction, we should focus on the development and planning of public green ways/ slow way system in low carbon city construction, supervision and standardization to build good using environment, and bring the using frequency of sharing bicycles and the number of kilometers for using the bicycles into carbon subsidy system to effectively promote the enthusiasm of the residents to choose the sharing bicycles as low carbon travel.
