Hesitant Z-number Group Decision Model Based on New Language Scale Function

针对犹豫语言型Z-numbers（HLZ-numbers）的群决策问题，提出了在未知专家属性权重时以犹豫语言型Z-numbers为信息环境下的群决策方法；首先在Z-number理论和语言型语集的基础上提出了两类新的语言尺度函数（LSF）以及相关性质，并用新的语言尺度函数来度量语言型信息；其次结合两类新的语言尺度函数提出了犹豫语言型Z-numbers之间的距离公式，并建立了基于新的语言尺度函数的犹豫Z-numbers群决策模型；该模型结合集成算子理论，利用区间数算术平均将决策矩阵集成为综合矩阵，通过建立二维的可能度比较可能度矩阵，然后利用排序向量法进行排序；最后，通过一个实例分析验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

In order to solve the problem of group decision making of hesitant language type Z-numbers (HLZ-numbers)，a group decision method is proposed under the information environment of hesitant language type Z-numbers in the unknown expert attribute weight. First，two kinds of new language scale functions (LSF) and related properties are proposed on the basis of Z-number theory and language type set，and a new language scale function is used to measure language information. Secondly，the distance formula between hesitant language type Z-numbers is proposed by combining the two new language scale functions，and a new method is established based on the new language scale function. The linguistic scale function of hesitant Z-numbers group decision making model is set up. The model combines the integration operator theory and uses the interval number arithmetic average to make the decision matrix set into a comprehensive matrix，by establishing a two-dimensional possibility degree comparison possibility matrix，and then sorting by the sort vector method. Finally，an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
