采用长江经济带11个省市2001—2017年的面板数据,实证分析了PM25浓度和CO2减排量之间的协同效应与交互相应;研究结果表明:PM25浓度和CO2减排量之间存在显著的协同减排效应,即PM25浓度会随着CO2减排量的增加而下降,且这种协同减排效应会随着单位GDP能耗、煤炭占能源消费总量比重以及第二产业产值占GDP比重的下降而扩大;该研究结论不但为温室气体减排和大气污染治理提供了新的方向,也为政府制定协同减排政策提供了理论基础。 |

Through the use of panel data from 2001 to 2017 in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,empirical analysis of the synergy and interaction between PM25 concentration and CO2 emission reductions was conducted The results show that there is a significant synergetic reduction effect between PM25 concentration and CO2 emission reduction,that is,PM25 concentration decreases with the increase of CO2 emission reduction,and this synergistic reduction effect is amplified by the decline in energy intensity,by the decline of the ratio of coal in total energy consumption and the proportion of secondary industry output value in GDP The conclusion of this study not only provides a new direction for greenhouse gas emission reduction and air pollution control,but also provides a theoretical basis for the government to formulate coordinated emission reduction policies |
