| 针对齿轮加工企业YX3120系列滚齿机随着服役时间增加而功能丧失、精度下降的问题，提出YX3120系列滚齿机修复与再制造方案；该方案主要包括拆卸、清洗、检测与分类、零部件再加工、再装配与检测等工艺过程，并重点对床身、工作台、大立柱、小立柱及刀架组件等关键零部件实施了修复与再加工；结果表明：再制造YX3120系列滚齿机功能与性能可达到新滚齿机出厂标准，经济及社会效益显著。 |

| For the serious function failure and precision loss of YX3120 gear hobbing machines with the growing service time in gear manufacturing companies， repair and remanufacturing solution of YX3120 gear hobbing machine is proposed. The processes of YX3120 gear hobbing machine remanufacturing are designed， including disassembly， clean， inspection and sorting， part reconditioning， reassembly and test. Especially， the repair and remanufacturing scheme of bed， table， large column， small column and knife rest are analyzed. Finally， the result shows that the function and performance of remanufactured YX3120 can reach the factory standard of new ones， with great economic and social benefits. |
